Vitals, a resting ECG, examination and grip strength in person at Mirihana. Blood drawn at home anywhere in Colombo and its suburbs, or at the centre.

Written by the physician once every biomarker is in, with a cardiovascular forecast on the AHA PREVENT equations (ten-year from 40, with the WHO 2019 South-East Asia chart as a comparison from 40 to 74; ten- and thirty-year from 30 to 39; under 30, the direction of your numbers) and a metabolic age, then a results consultation to go through it. The metabolic age is an in-house score from nine inputs: HbA1c, fasting glucose, triglycerides, HDL, non-HDL, ALT, eGFR, waist-to-height ratio and systolic blood pressure. It is not a validated model, so it is read for change between visits.
