What We Test
This isn't a single blood test — it's a complete review of eleven body systems, from your heart and metabolism to your liver, kidneys, thyroid and hormones. Every result is read and interpreted in person by Dr. Gamalathge.
Tap any marker to see what it measures and why it matters.
We count the honest way. A single ordered test such as a Full Blood Count returns 14 individually reportable values; a Urine Full Report returns 10 or more. Expanded that way, and including the included Month-3 repeat of modifiable markers, the annual totals are:
Essential: 10 ordered tests, ~40 baseline values + a 7-value Month-3 repeat (lipids, HbA1c, fasting glucose) = ~47 individual investigations a year.
Premium: 16 ordered tests, ~52 baseline values + a 9-value repeat (adds hs-CRP, ApoB) = ~61 a year.
Elite: 25 ordered tests, ~63 baseline values + a 10-value repeat (adds fasting insulin) = ~73 a year (female patients ~72 blood-based, plus a PAP referral).
A note on the hormonal markers: Elite includes SHBG and morning cortisol for all patients, total testosterone for male patients, and CA-125 for female patients. There is no direct female sex-hormone panel in any tier — the female-specific marker is a cancer-surveillance test, not a reproductive-hormone panel.
These investigations are spread across the year — your baseline draw plus the included Month-3 repeat of modifiable markers — not taken in a single sitting.
