Eighteen ordered tests: everything in Essential, with AST and ALT replaced by the full liver panel, plus ApoB, hs-CRP, urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio, vitamin D, B12, corrected calcium, magnesium and uric acid. Written by the physician once every biomarker is in, with a phenotypic age (Levine 2018; a US-derived model not validated in South Asians, so it is read for change between visits) and a cardiovascular forecast on the AHA PREVENT equations (ten-year from 40, with the WHO 2019 South-East Asia chart as a comparison from 40 to 74; ten- and thirty-year from 30 to 39; under 30, the direction of your numbers), then a results consultation to go through it.
