These terms govern your use of signaturehealthintel.com and your purchase of Signature Health Intelligence (“SHI”) programmes, operated by Dr. D. R. Gamalathge, MBBS (SLMC No. 36999), Dr. Gamalathge Healthcare Centre, Mirihana, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka. By using the site or enrolling in a programme you accept these terms.
SHI is an annual, physician-led preventive health programme. Each tier (Essential, Premium, Elite) includes a defined set of laboratory investigations, an in-person consultation, a physician-authored report, and a three-month Delta review, as described on this website.
SHI is not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, or any urgent symptom, call 1990 (Suwa Seriya) or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
Website content is not medical advice. The information on this site is general and educational. Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not create a physician–patient relationship; that relationship begins when you enrol in a programme and attend your consultation. Reports are clinical decision-support documents — they support, and do not replace, the judgement of your treating physician.
Programmes are available to adults aged 18 and over. Investigations and consultations are performed in Sri Lanka.
Enquiries are followed by a short phone or WhatsApp conversation to recommend the right tier before any payment. A booking is confirmed once we agree an appointment and payment is made. You agree to provide accurate personal and health information; the quality of your report depends on it.
Prices are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees on this website. Founding-patient pricing is limited to a stated number of enrolments and may be withdrawn once filled; launch pricing then applies. USD figures are approximate conversions for convenience only. Year-2 loyalty rates apply to continuous renewal. We may revise prices for future enrolments; the price you accept at booking is the price you pay for that programme year.
You may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel your enrolment at least 48 hours before your sample collection, any programme fee paid is refunded in full. Once sample collection has taken place, laboratory and clinical work begins immediately and fees for that programme year are non-refundable, save where required by law or where we cannot deliver the programme. Optional add-ons not yet performed are refundable.
SHI is a preventive, screening-oriented service. It is not a comprehensive diagnostic work-up, and no screening programme can exclude all disease. Findings depend on the accuracy of the history you provide and on laboratory analysis performed by an accredited laboratory. Typical report delivery is 3–5 working days from sample collection; timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Where results require urgent attention, we will contact you without delay.
Follow pre-test instructions (such as fasting) as advised; attend your consultation; inform us of relevant conditions and medications; and consult your treating physician before acting on any finding.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of Sri Lanka, including in respect of professional negligence. Subject to that, the website is provided “as is”; we are not liable for interruptions, errors, or third-party services linked from the site; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the website or a programme is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
The content, design and branding of this website and of SHI reports are the property of Dr. D. R. Gamalathge, trading as Signature Health Intelligence. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. Your report is yours to use for your own care, including sharing it with your treating physicians.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Google services and other third-party platforms linked from this site are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your enrolment applies to that programme year. These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction. The practice of medicine by Dr. Gamalathge is regulated by the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
